We are seeking a skilled Community & Events Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing national-level tournaments, organizing engaging conventions, and developing creative initiatives to attract new players and enhance our community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Tournament Planning & Execution:
    • Organize and manage national tournaments and conventions, ensuring smooth operations and memorable experiences for participants.
    • Coordinate logistics, personnel, and on-site support for large-scale events.
  • Community Building:
    • Develop and implement innovative promotional initiatives to attract new players and energize our existing community.
    • Act as a brand ambassador at events, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all players.
  • Retail Partnership Management:
    • Liaise with card game stores to assess their needs, provide support, and develop joint promotional strategies.
    • Gather feedback from retail partners and players to continuously improve our initiatives and offerings.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, social media campaigns, and promotional materials.
    • Identify opportunities for special events and partnerships that align with our growth objectives.
