We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the distribution and inventory of Myki cards. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment with client-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, analytical acumen, and a commitment to operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will develop and implement card distribution strategies that meet or exceed client KPIs, including delivery timelines. They will monitor Myki card inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and analyze distribution data to forecast demand and inform inventory decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement card distribution strategies

  • Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms
  • Coordinate artwork changes
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, contract administration, or project management
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience in transport ticketing is advantageous but not essential
