OverviewGaming Attendant – Bayswater Hotel at Endeavour Group.
We are looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant who can create a welcoming atmosphere for guests through warm and authentic service.
You will work in a supported gaming environment and be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.
Responsibilities
Actively engage with guests, sharing our product passion and creating memorable moments for guests.
Contribute to a culture of safety and compliance with RSA and RCG/RCG regulations.
Complete machine payouts and handle cash according to hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About You / Qualifications
Great with people, detail-oriented, and strong in communication; motivated to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Team player with flexible availability across days, evenings and weekends.
Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications and a Gaming Licence qualification.
Authentic and engaging, with a collaborative approach aligned to ALH culture.
