Project Overview:

Snowy 2.0 is a renewable energy project located in the Snowy Mountains of NSW, Australia.

The project aims to deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world, providing on-demand energy and large-scale storage for future generations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting project teams to deliver projects on schedule through the development of project plans and schedules.

You will facilitate their implementation, monitor progress, and report on delivery, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed programmes using P6 software.
  • Ensure accurate and timely uploading of site progress into FGJV systems.
  • Collaborate in the development and update of internal and contractual programmes in P6.
  • Compile, analyse, and process 6 Week Look Ahead and 90 Day Look Ahead schedules.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards and develop forecasts and modelling of what-if scenarios.
  • Participate in the LEAN planning process and collaborate in the development of time impact analysis/delay analysis.
  • Support the reporting team by updating required documents as requested.
  • Develop progress reports showing actual against planned progress.
  • Interface project schedule with project budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related Tertiary Qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects or other similar project works is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Autodesk Autocad.
  • High proficiency in Oracle P6 software.
