Facilities Manager

This role oversees the daily operations, maintenance schedules and coordinates contractors to ensure smooth, efficient and safe operations of facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong trade background and excellent problem-solving and time management skills. They will also be able to lead a team to achieve goals and possess a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.

  • Manage the repair and maintenance of infrastructure including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and grounds.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs.
  • Lead and mentor a small team.
  • Liaise with external contractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Respond to urgent issues and after-hours call-outs as required.
