Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

This position requires a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and property services at facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all buildings, equipment, and grounds are well-maintained.
Main Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to maintain building standards
- Evaluate maintenance activities against industry regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with site managers to deliver maintenance services with minimal disruption to residents and staff
- Manage asset records, acquisitions, and disposals
- Coordinate contractors, tradespeople, suppliers, and volunteers to meet maintenance needs

Requirements- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role
- Relevant trade qualifications (preferred)
