We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at Pullman. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained across all aspects of our beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service is provided to all guests.
- Team Management: Liaise with Food and Beverage teams to maintain venue standards and develop individual team members.
- Inventory Management: Set up procedures to protect and maintain bar service equipment, record breakages, and conduct regular stocktaking.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with the team regarding upcoming events and venue requirements.
- Event Coordination: Set up, pack down, and coordinate events on the day as required.
- Guest Experience: Proactively create unique experiences tailored to guests' needs.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle escalated guest complaints to a positive outcome.
- Licensing and Compliance: Operate within outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.
Requirements:
- Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Service Excellence: Being a true hospitality professional dedicated to providing customer service excellence.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol: RSA certification.
