About the Role

As a Civil Foreman at Ivory Group, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality subdivision and roadworks projects across NSW. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and materials

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction, with subdivision and roadworks experience highly regarded
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams
  • Thorough understanding of civil construction methods, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges quickly and effectively
  • Ability to interpret plans and specifications
