Residential Operations Manager

We seek an exceptional leader to undertake the overall responsibility of our Aged Care Facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with purpose and inspire a positive work culture among staff through effective leadership and HR management
  • Ensure Quality planning, implementation and evaluation
  • Promote an interactive WH&S system for optimum health and wellbeing of staff
  • Management of finances and budgets

What You'll Bring:

  • A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experience
  • Leadership skills and the ability to delegate
  • Knowledge of ACFI, the Aged Care Act, WHS, accreditation and continuous improvement
  • Clinical background as an RN or related discipline is highly desirable
  • A passion for Aged Care
  • A commitment to Christian Values
