Job Title: Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator">About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Coordinator to join our team. As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving, strengthening, and supporting the implementation of our health, safety, and environmental plans.">Main Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental strategies to improve site performance through positive influence and strong communication.">
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal health, safety, and environmental systems and processes, including current ISO certifications.">
  • Provide guidance to site teams on health, safety, and environmental matters and contribute to our Group health, safety, and environmental strategy and plan.">
  • Review and refine health, safety, and environmental KPIs, prepare reports, procedures, and management plans.">
  • Work closely with the HR team to coordinate employee injury management and develop early intervention and return-to-work programs.">
  • Coordinate and facilitate relevant HSE training for employees as per their role requirements.">
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audit requirements on processes and systems.">
  • Establish and maintain health, safety, and environmental management systems documentation.">
  • Coordinate the risk and hazard management program.">

  • ">
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant health, safety, environment, or quality systems management field.">
  • Experience in a similar role.">
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of WHS and Environmental legislation, codes of practice, and standards.">
  • The ability to manage non-conformances through effective corrective action review and assessment.">
  • Experience in influencing and effecting impactful HSE changes in team culture.">
  • Auditing qualification preferred but not essential.">
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.">
