The role of a Registered Nurse at Infinite Care is a highly visible and critical position that plays a vital role in meeting the daily needs of our residents and delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents and their families.
Our nurses are responsible for the total care of the resident, encompassing physical, emotional, and safety needs. They are given the autonomy to make decisions and receive support from the personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams.
As a Registered Nurse, you will act as a role model by adhering to safe practice measures in medication management, providing leadership to others, and promoting a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.
About YouYou possess the ability to "think on your feet" and communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and colleagues alike.
We value attitude and aptitude over experience in the aged care sector. To be successful, you must be aligned with our philosophy and values, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to resident wellbeing.
- You are a caring, centric person with a higher purpose in your work.
- You thrive in variety and diversity in clinical care settings and commit to following compliant practices for the elderly.
- You hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree and AHPRA Registration with no restriction.
- You are a positive team colleague who shows initiative and delivers quality work.
- You possess a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- You enjoy working collaboratively with nursing, personal care workers, lifestyle, and hotel services to create a positive work environment.
Infinite Care is a rapidly growing leader in residential aged care with facilities in Queensland, NSW, and South Australia. We take pride in providing an environment that encourages and enables residents to remain independent.
We offer our employees the opportunity to broaden their skills and achieve their potential while creating a home away from home for residents and their loved ones.
Our benefits include a supportive team environment, career growth opportunities, access to in-house and online training programs, and more.
