About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at ACM. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and assisting our valued customers with getting the best possible results from their advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet customer's advertising needs across our extensive portfolio of print and digital programs
  • Upsell and cross-sell our various solutions to existing and new customers
  • Develop strong relationships and provide appropriate support that will continue to delight our valued customers and grow ACM revenue
  • Participate in an onboarding program to give you the tools to succeed and exceed expectations
Requirements
  • Ability to follow an effective sales process and maximise cross-selling opportunities across both our print and digital portfolios
  • Results-driven attitude with an ability to work well in a team
  • Passion for sales and customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong computer literacy
  • Highly organised with an ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
