Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Australian Community Media. Key Responsibilities

  • Meet customer's advertising needs across our extensive portfolio of print and digital programs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell our various solutions to existing and new customers.
  • Develop strong relationships and provide appropriate support that will continue to delight our valued customers and grow ACM revenue.
  • Participate in onboarding programs to give you the tools to succeed and exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow an effective sales process and maximise cross-selling opportunities across both our print and digital portfolios.
  • A results-driven attitude with an ability to work well in a team.
  • Passion for sales and customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong computer literacy.
  • Highly organised with an ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
