Job Description

This role is part of our Infant & Child Core Community Treatment Team, which provides short to medium term treatment for infants and children and their families in the City of Casey, City of Greater Dandenong, and Shire of Cardinia areas.

The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide clinic-based mental health assessment, formulation, and treatment to complex and acute young people. They will also collaborate with families, schools, and other agencies to identify areas for change and develop effective strategies for supporting our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated skills and experience in case management and assessment, working with children and families within a multidisciplinary team. You should be adaptable to a changing environment and able to work collaboratively with others to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will also need to possess strong communication skills, a caring and engaging manner, and a positive work attitude. Additionally, you should be enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality care, service, and advocacy.
