
Coordinating Services for Children and Families Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to work closely with our high-performing Child and Family centres as an Early Years Hubs Coordinator.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for Early Years, and a proven track record of coordinating services for Children and Families. They will be motivated, people-centred, and able to build partnerships across diverse ranges of services and organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate operational aspects and implementation of systems, processes, and practices to ensure service delivery in accordance with legislative requirements, professional standards, and funding agreements.
- Provide support and motivation in continuous improvement through consultation and ongoing service review to ensure the best possible service for our children and families.
- Uphold Council's commitment to ensuring children are safe in our community and organisation through complying with, promoting, and advocating for Child Safe practices.

Remuneration: Salary range $113,507.54 - $126,572.47 (inclusive of above award payment) depending on experience, plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.
