Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an aged care professional. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

About the Opportunity:

As an aged care professional, you will be working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care that meets the individual needs and preferences of our residents. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Nursing Registration with AHPRA is essential
  • 2+ years' nursing practice with residential aged care experience highly regarded
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
  • Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
  • Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role
