**Aged Care Professional Role**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aged Care Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
The role involves providing high-quality, safe, and timely care to residents, ensuring their independence, dignity, and well-being are maintained.
As an Aged Care Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting residents with mobility and transfer needs.
- Completing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
Our ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, along with experience working in a care role. They will also be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to providing person-centered care.
