Strategic Project Lead

This role plays a pivotal part in driving high-impact outcomes across various business units and functional areas.

A unique opportunity to shape the future of our organisation has arisen in this permanent full-time position, based at our Sydney corporate campus.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Influence senior management and collaborate with business leaders and functional teams to drive strategic objectives.
  • Lead initiative prioritisation and trade-off discussions amongst senior leaders to ensure coordinated action.
  • Own and continuously improve strategically important artefacts (governance tools) and meetings to optimise growth and achieve financial targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' end-to-end delivery experience
  • 5+ years' experience in an agile environment
  • 3+ years' experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or Agile Project Manager leading multiple cross-functional teams
  • Extensive management experience in a growth-focused digital and data-driven environment
