Job Overview
The role of Associate Director, Executive Strategy and Priorities plays a pivotal part in articulating and driving the Chief Executive's strategies and priorities for NSW Ambulance. This encompasses leading and managing a team that develops, delivers, monitors, and evaluates strategic projects on behalf of the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team.
This position involves coordinating and liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure NSW Health and corporate objectives are achieved. The Associate Director will lead the secretariat function for the Advisory Board and other key committees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to develop, deliver, monitor, and evaluate strategic projects
- Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders to achieve NSW Health and corporate objectives
- Lead the secretariat function for the Advisory Board and other key committees
Requirements:
- Strategic, outcomes-focused leader with a track record of driving high-priority initiatives in large, complex organisations
- Proven ability to lead and influence at a senior level, with sound judgement and political acumen
- Deep experience in designing and delivering strategic projects and embedding performance monitoring frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, credible, persuasive, and able to build consensus across stakeholders
