Strategic Advisor to Deputy Secretary and Chief Executive

This is a rewarding opportunity to join the leadership team, as a trusted advisor to the Deputy Secretary and Chief Executive.
You'll help shape strategic priorities, drive high-impact initiatives, and ensure seamless operations of a fast-paced executive office.
With oversight of one of the largest health infrastructure portfolios in the country, your advice and coordination will influence decisions that directly impact patients, communities, and enable effective delivery of NSW Health's capital program.
Leading a high-performing team, you'll provide critical executive and administrative support while acting as the central coordination point for matters requiring Deputy Secretary/Chief Executive's attention.
About You- Use strategic insight and sound judgement to provide high-level advice and support on complex matters spanning policy, planning, and operations involving Infrastructure and Asset Management Division within Ministry of Health, and Health Infrastructure.
- Draw on strong organisational and leadership skills to lead Office of Deputy Secretary and Chief Executive, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, projects, and communications across Ministry of Health and Health Infrastructure.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environment, collaborating with senior executives, and managing relationships across government and broader health system.
Infrastructure and Asset Management Division within Ministry of Health along with Health Infrastructure deliver sustainable and innovative infrastructure solutions to meet healthcare needs of NSW communities now and into future.
Through partnership, IAM provides strategic planning, policy, and asset management leadership, while HI focuses on delivery of capital projects and programs.
Together, we collaborate with government and industry to transform public health facilities across NSW.
