**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Learning Development leader to help us achieve our goals. The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in Organisational Psychology, Learning Development, Human Resources or relevant field, or equivalent experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a framework and vision for learning and development across the breadth of the organisation. They will determine training objectives and develop training strategies by liaising with stakeholders, conduct training needs analysis to create and implement training plans and programs, analyse and report on the effectiveness of learning and development programs to meet the business needs of the organisation.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a small dedicated team of Learning professionals and create and drive a vision for how we support and develop our staff. You will oversee the Learning Management System to conduct training events, including enrolment, attendance, completion and assessment.

**Requirements**

  • Degree qualification in Organisational Psychology, Learning Development, Human Resources or relevant field
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment
  • Minimum three years' experience in a leadership role
  • Robust understanding of Adult Learning Principles
  • Ability to facilitate adult learning workshops and deliver group training
