Job Summary

The Operational Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our venue, food and beverage areas, and amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the venue
  • Monitor and manage maintenance supplies and equipment
  • Adhere to health and safety and environmental policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically fit to lift items up to 20kg, bend and stand for long periods of time, and manoeuvre up and down stairs.
