Senior Employment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Employment Coach.
This role is ideal for someone with strong foundations in employment services, who is ready to expand their impact by supporting Participants with complex barriers, mentoring staff, and contributing to site performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Employment Service Area Manager to guide service delivery, support new and existing staff, and help drive outcomes that change lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide service delivery in collaboration with the Employment Service Area Manager.
- Support and mentor new and existing staff to build capability and performance.
- Support Participants with complex barriers to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.
- Contribute to site performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Extensive experience in employment services or a similar frontline role.
- Deep understanding of challenges faced by Participants with complex barriers.
- Natural ability to mentor and guide others.
- Confidence in implementing innovative case management strategies and employment-focused programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
