Employment Tax Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employment Tax Specialist to lead our national team in providing expert employment tax advice and compliance support to clients across Australia.
This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects. As an Employment Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of employment tax, including Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, FBT, Termination Payments, and Salary Packaging.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their employment tax requirements. You will also be responsible for reviewing key deliverables, such as FBT and payroll tax returns, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in employment tax compliance and consulting services, advanced technical and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information to clients.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in employment tax and a strong commitment to excellence in client service. They will also have advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and proven data analytics capabilities.
