Asset Integrity Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled engineer to lead our Asset Integrity program in Portland, Victoria. This role plays a critical part in helping us achieve our vision to reinvent the aluminium industry.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Asset Integrity Engineer.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and documenting equipment management strategies to support business processes.
  • Ensuring our assets are fit for purpose and aligned with our strategic plan.
  • Identifying long-term improvement opportunities, focusing on equipment reliability and capital advice.
  • Conducting asset management and equipment maintenance reviews to ensure compliance with operational and maintenance standards.
  • Identifying risk management strategies to reduce total cost of ownership through optimisation of equipment selection and improved utilisation.
  • Assisting with process development to meet site requirements.
  • Staying up-to-date with new technology and current best practices.
About the Job

In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to facilitate well-adapted execution of systems and engineering processes.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
  • Previous experience in maintenance, reliability or plant engineering, with experience in heavy process industries highly regarded.
  • A demonstrated commitment to Environment, Health and Safety.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to connect, work with and influence key stakeholders.
  • Hands-on coaching and support to facilitate well-adapted execution of systems and engineering processes.
  • Motivation and a desire to learn new skills, with a sound track record in pro-active problem solving.
