We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Asset Integrity program. A thorough knowledge of engineering principles and strategy is essential for success in this role.

As a Senior Asset Integrity Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and documenting equipment management strategies to support business processes.
  • Ensuring that assets are fit for purpose and aligned with the company's strategic plan.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement, focusing on equipment reliability and capital advice.
  • Conducting asset management and equipment maintenance reviews to ensure compliance with operational and maintenance standards.
  • Developing risk management strategies to reduce total cost of ownership through optimized equipment selection and utilization.
  • Assisting with the development of equipment budget requirements to meet long-term site plans.
  • Staying up-to-date with new technology and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
  • Previous experience in maintenance, reliability, or plant engineering.
  • A demonstrated commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to connect, work with, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Hands-on coaching and support to facilitate well-adapted and consistent execution of systems and engineering processes.
  • Motivation and a desire to learn new skills, and have a sound track record in proactive problem-solving.

About the Location
