Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Development Manager to oversee the growth and performance of our Foodservice portfolio.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in building relationships with key foodservice customers and driving business development initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our account base across diverse channels, executing strategies to meet organisational objectives, and fostering high-quality relationships with suppliers and retail partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the Foodservice portfolio
  • Manage and grow the account base across distributors, QSR, restaurants, airlines, and other Away From Home customers
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN HIGH-QUALITY RELATIONSHIPS WITH FOODSERVICE PARTNERS
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in building relationships with key Food Service customers
  • A strong mix of Account Management and Business Development skills
  • Ability to work autonomously to build profitability of the channel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
