About this role

We are seeking a leader to head our team of technical experts. The ideal candidate will have experience in detail part manufacturing and aircraft structural assemblies.

This is a challenging opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 20+ technical employees, assuming HR responsibilities, and ensuring conformity of methods processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team towards delivery of critical parts.
  • Assume HR responsibilities for the Methods & NC Programming team.
  • Ensure conformity of methods processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in detail part manufacturing (Machined part, Sheet metal, Composite or surface treatment) and aircraft structural assemblies.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or college diploma with several years of experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent management skills.
  • Good judgment, results-oriented, and able to work under minimum supervision.
