Job Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Production Excellence to oversee production at our warehouse, utilizing technology to maintain quality-controlled product storage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the repacking/relabelling production line, coordinating activities and maximizing efficiencies in a factory/warehouse environment.
  • Lead by example, setting the pace and maintaining high standards on the production line.
  • Collaborate with staff in all operations, including team supervision, workflow coordination, machine maintenance management, quality control, and data collection.
  • Drive continuous improvement and seek ways to enhance production processes in partnership with the production manager.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in production work, ideally in wine relabelling/repackaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate processing and packaging equipment.
  • High level of customer service and expertise in business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to use initiative and perform duties under sound time management principles.
