Job Title: Production Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of production employees, coaching and managing their performance, and driving the development and implementation of site performance and continuous improvement plans.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role, preferably within an operational environment. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust, cooperation, and support across the production environment.

  • Lead and manage a team of production employees to drive efficient line output, true and net efficiency, cost/productivity targets, and service levels.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Warehouse Supervisors to ensure product quality, HACCP, and compliance with quality systems; ensuring all materials and equipment is available to meet production requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes as needed.
  • Develop and train employees across the team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
