Senior Heritage Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our heritage projects in NSW, overseeing project teams and managing budgets and timelines.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Cultural Heritage Management or related field, with at least 10+ years of experience for the principal role and 5+ years for the senior role. They will have knowledge of State and Commonwealth heritage legislation and associated regulations and guidelines.
In addition to their technical skills, they will have strong leadership experience, including project management and team coordination, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of heritage projects, ensuring project goals are met and client requirements are understood.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, present technical findings, and relay information to non-technical persons.
- Apply knowledge of heritage and archaeological legislation to assess significance, develop conservation strategies, and mitigate impacts.
- University degree in Cultural Heritage Management, Archaeology, Anthropology, or related field.
- At least 10+ years of experience for the principal role and 5+ years for the senior role.
- Knowledge of State and Commonwealth heritage legislation and associated regulations and guidelines.
