Senior Information Technology Leader

We are seeking a Senior Information Technology Leader to oversee the daily operations of our IT function.
You will be responsible for managing our Microsoft 365 and network management, supporting staff with IT queries and issues, driving continuous improvement in systems and security, and working closely with our external IT provider to ensure reliable and secure technology across the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years' experience in IT management, systems administration or a similar role
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration, SharePoint and Teams
- Proficient in network operations and network security
- Familiarity with Intune, Apple Business Manager and device/application management
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement ability, with a customer-service mindset
- Highly organised, commercially astute and detail-focused
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, calm under pressure and willing to travel to our office when required
