We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the Information Technology and Systems department. As Dean, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic landscape.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership in course design, delivery, and improvement.

  • Designing and delivering ITS courses that meet industry standards.
  • Developing new undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including coursework and research qualifications.
  • Overseeing academic operations, including study plans, timetables, staffing, and academic integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and management in a collegiate environment.
  • Demonstrated teaching skills and enthusiasm for educating international students.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage and manage staff and students.
  • A record of scholarly engagement in a discipline relevant to Information Technology and Systems.
