Electrical and Automation Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at NHP. As a member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients' power products.

The successful applicant will have a strong electrical background, with a Grade Licence and preferably onsite/industrial/commercial experience. You will be responsible for performing service and maintenance tasks, fault finding, diagnosis, upgrades, commissioning, and testing of power products, while adhering to strict safety standards.

Your technical expertise and ability to troubleshoot complex issues will enable you to provide high-quality solutions to our customers. You will also be required to participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with new technologies and ensure compliance with NHP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform service and maintenance tasks, including fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs

  • Produce timely and professional technical service reports
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain current skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Grade Licence and strong electrical background
  • Onsite/industrial/commercial experience (preferably)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex technical equipment
  • Safety-focused approach, with adherence to site, workshop, and driving safety procedures
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
