Drive Business Growth

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and coordinating client activity during project development phases to deliver successful sales campaigns and customized repairs.

  • Foster business relationships with key clients in Oil & Gas, Mining, Industrial, and Power Generation sectors.
  • Actively manage a designated account base to create business opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Client managers to secure repair opportunities.
  • Continuously expand customer knowledge to explore new markets.
  • Enhance customer relationships and satisfaction by delivering value-added services.
  • Develop and promote campaigns to drive sales growth.
  • Presentation of repair proposals with a winning value proposition.
  • Maintain market analysis and competition situation updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or minimum 5 years' experience in the energy industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment, particularly steam turbines and compressors.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with various customer levels; strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Proven track record of profitable business growth and customer-focused mindset.
  • Good understanding of Australian oil & gas and industrial markets.
  • Demonstrable evidence of successful projects execution and contract negotiation.
  • Team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel.
