Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a professional to provide vocational counselling and assessment services, supporting clients with return to work initiatives. This role involves identifying client goals and providing psychological or physical supports to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Vocational assessments and capacity support services for job placement and return to work programs.
- Completion of health coaching and treater case conferences as part of rehabilitation efforts.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and managing expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
- A degree in an appropriate allied health field, such as rehabilitation counselling, occupational therapy, psychology, or social work.
- Professional registration or accreditation with relevant governing bodies, including AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA, or AASW.
- Experience in occupational or vocational rehabilitation is highly regarded.
