Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Melbourne on a full-time or part-time basis. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to help individuals build better lives through work and health.
About the RoleThis position is designed to support individuals in their journey towards recovery and return to work. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting initial needs assessments, psychological worksite assessments, vocational assessments, and designing Return-to-Work (RTW) programs to overcome barriers.
- You will be responsible for assessing individual needs and developing tailored plans to facilitate their return to work.
- Your expertise in vocational rehabilitation will enable you to design effective RTW programs that cater to the unique requirements of each individual.
- In close collaboration with other professionals, you will contribute to the development of comprehensive rehabilitation strategies that prioritize the well-being and productivity of our clients.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree and professional registration in Rehab Counselling or Social Work.
- The ability to travel, with a current vehicle and driver's license being essential.
