Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to support veterans in achieving rehabilitation goals and readiness for civilian life.
Your Role- Use your clinical expertise to facilitate recovery and return to function through a multidisciplinary team approach.
- Develop, implement, and monitor tailored rehabilitation plans for clients, becoming a portfolio expert.
- Perform assessments & services including Vocational Assessments, Job Readiness, Initial Needs Assessments and Vocational Counselling.
- Current registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA or ASORC).
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Fully registered or Provisional Psychologists with external supervision).
- Strong clinical reasoning and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people rehabilitate and thrive.
- Occupational rehabilitation experience is essential.
