Digital Marketing Specialist Position

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Expert to enhance our national impact and deliver exceptional value to our members.
This mid-level specialist role involves developing and executing integrated campaigns, content creation, and digital engagement strategies that drive member acquisition, retention, and event participation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning to execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Develop engaging content across digital, social, print, and events channels.
- Utilise CRM and automation tools to deliver segmented, impactful campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
- Drive event marketing for flagship National Conferences, Technical Days, and community events.
- Enhance tracking metrics to refine and improve campaign performance.
- 3+ years of marketing or communications experience.
- Proven track record of running successful integrated campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and/or marketing automation.
- Familiarity with WordPress and Google Analytics 4.
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent.
- Confident in using analytics to track, report, and improve outcomes.
- Experience in membership or not-for-profit environments.
