Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their orders and account status
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and productivity standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
