Job Title: Gas Station Attendant

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Gas Station Attendant at our Ipswich location. This is a full-time position that requires weekend work, early starts, and late evenings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect pumps and equipment for problems, assist and educate customers as needed, monitor flow, and direct traffic through the gas station.
  • Enforce national fire codes and safety policies, including no smoking, ignition turned off, filling storage containers, and responding to alarms appropriately.
  • Monitor fuel deliveries, ensure safety precautions, and complete all documentation.
  • Research area competitive pricing using a private vehicle, document report into computer daily.
  • Perform daily inspections of all equipment, perform routine maintenance, change filters and nozzles, control open and closed signs.
  • Clean gas spills using a neutralizing agent and/or absorbing cloth, dispose of materials in secure containers.
  • Loading pump receipt tape and ribbons.
  • Inspect, perform, document, and arrange for all routine equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Open availability is needed to meet the needs of the business.
  • The applicant must be over 18 years old.
