Job Description:

As a pivotal member of our executive team, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of Australia and NZ Operations. With a focus on industrial and agricultural projects, you will be responsible for providing expert advice across construction, compliance, and regulatory matters.

You will lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes. Your expertise will also extend to overseeing civil design, electrical design, and water (hydraulic) design and implementation, as well as managing relationships with key stakeholders, including processers, customers, WHS, trades, regulatory bodies, and employees.

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, a proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar projects successfully, and a passion for mentoring and building high-performing teams. You will also need to demonstrate flexibility in travel and multitasking, as well as tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
