About the Opportunity

Boston Scientific is a leading medical technology company seeking an experienced Medical Sales Professional to join our Prosthetic Urology team as a Territory Manager. As a key member of our elite sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve annual revenue targets and build sustainable business relationships with customers.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN THE ASSIGNED TERRITORY.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the broader urology team to identify training, research, and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge on Boston Scientific products and services, and provide clinical expertise to support customer needs.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific products and services, and represent the company's values and integrity.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated commercial experience with a track record of success.
  • Prior experience with urology products is desirable.
  • Previous capital sales experience is advantageous.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work scheduling.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools, including Salesforce and Microsoft 365 suite applications.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Boston Scientific offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, superannuation, and professional development opportunities.
