Brand Marketing Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Leader to partner with a Melbourne-based creative agency. The successful candidate will strategise, manage and optimise brand marketing campaigns both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire marketing journey; from concept to creative, rollout and reporting
  • Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality marketing collateral
  • Manage multiple advertising channels, including organic and paid media
  • Create engaging advertising content that drives results
  • Analyse data for new insights and trends
  • Report on client performance and draw from insights
  • Monitor industry movements and stay up-to-date with market developments
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing-centric role, preferably within an agency or start-up
  • Proficiency in all major paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok etc)
  • Experience with email and customer relationship management marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp etc)
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify)
  • Experience with design software (Figma)
  • Experience working with clients in the Fashion or Hospitality space
  • A strong understanding of brands across various industries
