Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:

The Maintenance Supervisor is a leadership role that oversees the maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and equipment. The primary responsibility is to lead and motivate technicians, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing purchase orders, and controlling critical spare and store inventory. They will also act as an ambassador for safety within the team and across the site.

Additionally, the Maintenance Supervisor will install, maintain, and troubleshoot all facility systems, including power distribution, automated material handling equipment, conveyance, and other operational equipment.

A Day in the Life:

In this role, you will be leading a team to ensure that everyone has the necessary equipment and that it is running properly. This involves monitoring processes to ensure regulations and policies are followed and performing preventative maintenance to increase equipment uptime.

About the Team:

The Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across our global network. As a member of this team, you will work collaboratively to achieve our goals and objectives.

Some of our people are leaders, who oversee the team as they work on exciting technology – some of which only exists at our organization.

We handle most aspects of our technical side, including keeping buildings legally compliant, so everyone is safe, and our sites are operating at maximum efficiency.

  • Lead and motivate technicians to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
  • Manage purchase orders and control critical spare and store inventory.
  • Act as an ambassador for safety within the team and across the site.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all facility systems.

Travel Requirements:

This role may require occasional travel to other sites or locations, depending on business needs.
