Clean Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead our cleaning operations team. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of cleaning services at various locations.

Your responsibilities will include supervisory duties, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, facilitating communication with clients and stakeholders, conducting regular inspections, and assisting the facilities manager as required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be methodical and systematic in their approach, and have a strong understanding of quality management principles.

The role requires flexibility in working hours to align with operational requirements, including availability across a split shift roster. You will work a 38 hour week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning operations team to ensure efficient service delivery

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and company policies

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

  • Assist the facilities manager in implementing quality management initiatives and monitoring performance metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Blue Card – Working with Children or ability to obtain one

  • Sound computer and communication skills

  • Motivated and experienced cleaning professional with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results

  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
