Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive incident management activities to ensure timely detection, investigation, and remediation of priority technology incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance service reliability and resilience.
  • Develop and maintain effective problem management methods and controls to minimize repeat incidents.
  • Support our change management process and facilitate fast and reliable technology change by thinking about the customer.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of ITSM experience, including previous experience in incident management.
  • Broad practical experience across change enablement, problem, and event management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and certification in ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and cloud infrastructure technologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical team stakeholders.
