Service Delivery Manager

About the Role
Datacom is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality services in accordance with contracts. You will be responsible for providing a single point of contact for customers and aligning their requirements with Datacom's service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure governance across all areas of service delivery, including service management, incident and change management, and customer satisfaction.
- Play a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.
- Manage towards positive solutions by bringing people and teams together to find outcomes-based solutions.
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts to ensure win/win situations for all parties.
- Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering great service to customers.
- Excellent customer relationship building and management skills with strong influencing and persuasive ability.
- Natural leadership with the ability to frequently interact with various stakeholders and team members.
