Job Description

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to support individuals with challenging behaviours and improve their quality of life. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work closely with NDIS participants, their families, and carers to develop and implement individualised Behaviour Support Plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the disability or mental health sector and be able to assess behaviour triggers, identify risks, and provide effective support strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Assessment and analysis skills to understand behaviour triggers and develop tailored support strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with NDIS participants, families, and carers
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing monitoring and evaluation
  • Knowledge of positive behaviour support frameworks and commitment to eliminating restrictive practices
