Customer Care RepresentativeJob Description:As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support to our customers through various communication channels.Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Communicate effectively with medical/vet staff, both onsite and off-site
  • Coordinate courier and medical centre collections, pathology/vet pathology results assistance
  • Perform general administration duties
  • Maintain customer confidentiality
  • Liaise with laboratory staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sound typing/data entry skills (approximately 50 wpm with 98% accuracy)
  • Previous experience or knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels of an organisation
  • A willingness to adhere to departmental and organisational policies and procedures
  • Must be a cohesive and contributing member of the team and display positive attitudes towards achieving outcomes
  • Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong customer focus and general office skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
